3point hitch issues

What do I need to replace/repair to make my factory 3pt stay up on its own. it's a lo boy 154.

Is there any visible external leaks?
Seals in cylinder
or o rings in control valve
or Selector valve
Is there a Check valve?

I know there is no selector valve, I haven't seen any leaks, everything is factory
