Since many of us are from the mid west, I thought that I would pass on the news about Mr. WOWO, Bob Sievers. He died early monday morning. WOWO, AM 1190 was heard around the world when the transmitter was pushing 50,000 watts. He was a member of the WOWO staff for 51 years and retired in 1987. I knew him through Amateur Radio. What a great guy. He will be missed. For those that care, his callsign was W9FJT.
