Robert, the question is: will you live through it...? Don’t put a bunch of lead dust in your shop to breathe in for the rest of your (shortened) life.

There won't be any dust,that stuff is so soft it will probably peel in one big shaving. Plus I can enclose the piece at the chuck. I got vaccinated,my days are limited anyway! :LOL: :LOL::LOL:

We've worked with a graphite lead before and pretty much had to suit up,that stuff is nothing but dust! I wonder if that's what you're thinking of.
