A few of us local tractor nuts are planning a plow day at the Peterson farm (W8124 Barber Lane, Arkansaw, WI. 54721) on Sat. Oct. 16th from 9am -4pm. we inviting all brands to come and roll some soil.
This is level sandy loan soil in soybeans, should be easy plowing which is always more fun.

There is camping at Holden Park which is 3 miles from the plowing site. Feel free to call with any questions. Glenn Peterson 715 495 7642}

Where is Arkansaw Wi located can't find it in my atlas or Wi road map,,, thank you in advance

Arkansaw is between Plum City and Durand, the plow site is about 2 1/2 miles south of HY 10.

Rob, Just checked from Waukon, 2 1/2 hours right up the Mississippi River.

The first plow days in our area is over and found it took a bit to put everything together. The weather was great and plowing conditions were good.

We had a good variety of tractors and a few custom jobs w/equipment. Thanks to all for your help and the good times. Who knows, maybe next year???

A HUGE thanks to the Petersons for having us down this weekend to plow. Heck, we even go fed. If there's a prettier place to go plow, I haven't been there yet.

As Glenn said below there was a very good variety of colors. I think we had 19 tractors in the parade and a total of about 28 total.

here's Casey on the 149, with Jessica walking along side, picking up corn stubble. More drivers than tractors.

My Red Original did great until I started plugging up underneath with bean stalks. Not enough clearace and then when we moved to the corn stalks, I had already switched to the 70 and one of the youngsters drove the Original around.
Once again, Glen -- thank you
