WANTED; Bad news from the machine shop this morning.
They tanked the block I pulled from my Dual stick 1450 and cleaned it up only to find it has a cracked block.
Anyone need a boat anchor??!!

So, I am in search of a good block to replace it with.
The closer to Zip 52041 the better.
Thanks for the ad!

I thought u were going to use a 341 block out of 2 u were going to take to the machine shop Would a 321 block out of a 149 work? I have one that has been bored .020 had valves done lifters adjusted for extra I have a nos kohler .020 piston and rings But a 149 k-321 isn't set up for a electric pto clutch On the pto end on the block it has only one 3/8 bolt hole so the starter/gen arm can attach to the block A aqs 321 block had 4 bolts not just one on the pto end of the block for the electric pto clutch But it is possible to drill 3 more holes in the block [it can be done] so a electric pto clutch can be used

The pair of 341's are on the way to the shop this AM along w/your crank and 2 others.
I may just do them both if they check out OK.

I have leads on 2 other 321's at present so we are pretty much covered for now.

Where was the block cracked? Do you have pictures?
Aside from severe water intrusion that then froze, I didn't imagine these k series blocks would crack under (assumed) normal circumstance.
