To properly repair the governor, the block will need to be split, and at least one jug will need to be removed to achieve that. The pin will need to have a set screw installed to prevent it from falling out of that bore.

6 $ plug worked to allow me to figure out 0 compression in 1 cyl. Yah
 
Fired up the 1810 and drove it around cuz the PO said it needed either a cylinder head gasket or something but it was running beautiful no smoke or noises parked it and noticed oil dripping out of the bottle of the engine bad day for the magnums
 
Oh well, or is that oil well, How much oil is still in it? as for the cam split it.
