Obviously a fan of the movie "Dodge ball." The "obscure sports quarterly" is lifted right out of the movie. The mention of a pirate is also from the movie as one of the characters is named Pete the Pirate. The trailer and funniest moments videos don't do it any justice. I don't think I'd want to watch the movie after watching these.
