Drain fluid, remove rear cover, and clean everything out with rags and mineral spirits. Get a new rear cover gasket, reinstall rear cover and refill with proper amount of new Hytran.

Hytran doesn't evaporate water/moisture but rather suspends it and settles it out on the bottom of the transmission as a gel form. That way it doesn't get into your hydro.
