Red 18 hp. 50 " deck. Mite be a 582 ? What causes the oil in carb please ?

Crankcase breather baffle is shot in the right valve cover.....crank vent tube is sucking it up. There was an update for the rubber valve.
OR, your engine is very tired and has a LOT of blow by.
