need front tires

having a hard time figurinf out how i created my posts i need help. i want to get help removing my steering wheel so i can remove dashboard to get at the throttle and choke cables

Stephen,
Go to the search tab in the upper right corner and type steering wheel removal. You will find lots of tips and info on how to remove it.
