Got it wo work by confirming the exception. Thanks Digger.
Spent 25 min on hold with e-mail provider to confirm if I did click it like Digger suggested it wouldn't mess something up in the long run - yeah, I hung up with them. Can only listen to hold music for so long.
So far - all is good!
