Welcome Larry! There are lots of 125 owners here, and one in particular will be very helpful with any resources you may need.

What do you have in mind for it?

Larry, WELCOME!

The 125 is my favorite model Cub Cadet, I have three of them and two model 105, the 10hp version.

Well I have a long list of stuff to do. Going to start with fresh oil and grease to get things loosened up. Then the electrics are all dried up and cracked. When I get that done it will be the steering and the trans lever. I want to get it running and driving good then who knows.

Welcome to the forum Larry. Good stuff on here. I have the same plan with my 7 Cubs and 1 Deere is to be mechanically sound and then go for looks. I am close on my 105 and 147. I live in Vernal Utah just over the hill from you. Good luck.

Larry,

While yer lubing the 125, a fresh hydro filter and a new batch of HyTran in the hydrostat are a good idea. HyTran is the OEM recommended fluid, and guys here can tell you exactly why you should only use it.
