International cub 100 and cub hydrostatic 1250

I have two garden tractors I’m planning on restoring the 100 but I was told the 1250 runs it turns but doesn’t start it maybe old gas, carb problems or the old battery I have hooked to it all I have for now but I will try that when I’m done tinkering with the other I believe the engine is blown because there is a rattling sound when you turn the flywheel but the piston and valves move I hope I can get one running if not I’d wish to sell them if I could there’s also a mower deck for The 100
