Hydraulics reversed

I just bought a 1864 garden tractor and the hydraulics are backwards , if I lift the lever up the deck goes down and vice versa. i would like to make this right does anyone have a idea what I need to do ? Also the lever will stick in the up or down position instead of returning to center. Thank you in Advance !

Sounds like someone has to replace the lines. Just trace the lines and reverse'um.
