Our 1974 IH Cub Cadet 169 blew the hydraulic return line and cannot find one anywhere. IHCCW shows one on their website but they do not have any and cubcadetusedparts.com sent the wrong one (miss-tagged it). There are no shops here in NorCal that can make one as the bend is too sharp.
The part number is: IH-548043-R1

Sorry, I should've came in here a few minutes ago when I received an email from Rob Houtz who is going to send me the correct line even though his website didn't show any. Do I remove my post or what?

In future, CALL either of those guys. They have stuff that they haven't had time to post yet. What they don't have, they may have leads on.

So why would a return line ‘blow’ since hydraulic circuit is only 500 psi.

Was the line rubbed through? Could braze it.
or did line split open. Bad seam weld.

Just curious.
