I have a 42” IH Hydraulic Angle Blade. It’s a later blade with the large IH man on the tractor logo only, not the one that has the IH and International Harvester, so I believe it was purchased already assembled as a power angle blade. This blade came as part of a package deal (one of the main reasons I bought the package). It had been purchased to use on a single stick 1650, so the previous owner, a buddy of mine, had no history other than he just recently bought it. He decided to go in a different direction, so I bought all his Cub stuff.

Does anyone know if IH spec’ed different hoses for the Quietline twin stick, than the 82 Series twin stick? When putting the hoses into the couplers on my 1450, there’s absolutely no slack whatsoever. They are difficult to connect with the length they are. If they were any shorter, you wouldn’t be able to connect them.

I looked at the parts lookup, but with the new format, it’s difficult to figure out which one is for what series. If/when I have to replace the hoses, I want to order the Quietline length hoses. Or at least know the proper length to have some made.

82 series might be longer they are on the right side VS left side QL

Picked up an older blade for my 782 D yes it was set up for the left side hose connections. And yes both hoses were too short to switch over to the right side. I had to have one hose made to get the hook up. The longest original would work with the short hook up.
