Just wanted to formally introduce myself. I have been frequenting the site for the last six months, obtaining info, as I've restored the 1250 my dad purchased new when I was a child. This has been a lot of fun and made the winter in northern lower Michigan go by much faster. Quick story, my dad has two brothers, each bought a Cub new (126 and a 1282) and now my cousins have them. Once I sent them pics of what I was doing, I will be doing the 1282 next and possibly the 126 after. :) I have also added a 1450 to my collection upon completion of the 1250. Apparently I have come down with "Yellow Fever". I have attached a couple pictures of the 1250. Thanks for everyone's help so far and to CC Specialties for everything I have needed for my restoration project!

Thank you! I didn't realize how hard these seats were to locate. I had to give in and buy one from the Cub Cadet site. EXTREMELY expensive but it just didn't look right without one!

What are the top 5 rarest models of cub cadets and the order they are in? I now know the 126 is third. I had a hard time finding an 800, a 169 and a 123 in my area of the world.

I forgot about the 86. I only found 1 of them. I have the 5 rarest cubs plus what I think to be my best find, a 4 digit O. Made second month of production. Has every option that I know of and came with a blade, and a deck. Have not restored it but it has cut my grass a couple of times. Only had to pay $100 for it.
