Habian deck

I have a 60 inch habian deck from my 1872 cub cadet. I was going to redo the tractor I bought it in pieces but I don’t know if I will get to it since it got put on the back burner. Since I picked up a 51 Buick but what I’m wondering is will the deck fit underneath my 782 cub I have all the hardware from the 1872

It will not. It will only fit under the super garden tractors.

I believe the tractor frame is longer on the supers to accommodate the 60"deck? Can't recall but I was thinking either 3" or 6" longer?

The Super chassis had a 51.6" wheelbase. The regular Garden tractor had a 44" wheelbase.

I have the Buick then I picked up a really clean 77 ford Granada 2 door with a rebuilt 302 I’m just going to get it running and flip it. I bought the Granada for $400.00 it’s from Arizona the guy was going to scrap it but it’s to clean to scrap

Here are some pics of the Buick

This takes me back to my first car, a 1950 Special, with split windshield and Fireball straight eight, grey with white top. Had the Dynaflow trans which we called Dollarflow. Abysmal 0-60 times but a terrific road car. Driving back from upstate on Rte 22 my fiancee, now wife, at the wheel. I nodded off, woke up to find her doing 70mph (on Rte 22?), she had no idea. Do I see a Sonomatic radio, the best radio ever?
