Got it out to attach a lawn vac. Started fine. Drove it to the shop to attach the vac chute. Turned off and when I tried to start it to hitch up to the vac, nothing.
No click, nothing.
Battery light immediately goes off when I turn the switch on.
I cleaned the battery terminals (the pos terminal was pretty cruddy) and cleaned the ground wire.
The PTO light is on now when I turn the switch on. I could hear it engage when I pulled the knob...now it makes no noise.
Bypassed the seat switch just to check...it's fine.
Brake switch seems to work as it turns the light off on the dash.
I ordered a new PTO switch.
Any other ideas on what to check?
