With a spec of say 10" inches for an inside width for a finished piece with a 90* bend on each end, forming a shallow "U", where do I scribe the bend lines using a 2" width die?

I am assuming there must be some rule of thumb on how much to deduct from the desired inside width of the finished piece to allow for growth in the bending process.

Thanks Guys!!

If you don't care about out side dimension go by inside lines
