I will provide a photo to anyone who is seriously interested - I have to move a bunch of things in the shed to get to it...
This blade has been used with my Model 107, but will fit any model up to and including Model 125. (It could fit others, but these models are specifically mentioned in the setting up instruction booklet).

Condition: Used, but in great shape. Not much rust - it has always been stored indoors.
Price: $125.00
This item is located in suburban Chicago (Wheaton, IL). I believe it would cost you more to have it shipped than to come pick it up. I will be happy to help you load it when you get here.

Wow, that appears to be in really good condition! 😲 Very nice. Looks almost like new old stock...
