Cecil - the link above provided by Digger (Charlie) will take you to the Manuals thread. Since I suspect you're not familar with the model designation terminology, the Service Manual you need is titled "1x8-9 & QL Service Manual" which will include the Model 1250. And to make it really easy here's the link:

Now, you also asked about a parts manual. The only electronic version I'm aware of is on the CCC (Cub Cadet Corporation) website. There is a link to it on this Forum. It takes you first to the Cub Cadet parts link, then you have to select "Garden Tractor" and then you'll see a list of all the Garden Tractor Models. Scroll down the list and you can select 1250 which will then shift the page to show a right hand column with 2 selections, the first being Attachments, and the 2nd being Assemblies for the 1250. I'm going to try and provide you a direct link to the Assemblies section but don't know if this will work:

Under Edit - the link I provided for the parts section doesn't work. It takes you to the Cub Cadet page. Once you're there select "Cub Cadet", then on the next page select "Garden Tractor", and on the next page scroll down and select 1250, which will add the 2 right hand columns, the first for Attachments (you can use on the 1250) and the second line "Assemblies for the 1250".

Hope this helps you out.
