1250 cub wont start

12 hp Kohler turn key on have spark then goes away what cause now spark.theres power to coil

Jesse - you're gonna have to provide us more information. Also saw your post on the "Introduction" page where you said a new coil was installed.

My questions to you are -
1 - do you mean you have spark at the plug and then it goes away?
2 - are you sure the new coil is correct?

When you replacrd coil did you reattach condenser? The condenser on my 1200 is attached to the engine via a coil bolt. If condenser not well grounded you can have spark one minute and gone the nxt. Dont ask me how I know!
