107 Throttle cable

I have a 107 that the throttle cable was extremely tight on so I sprayed it with PB Blaster now it's to loose to stay where I set it I've tried tightening the main lever bolt but still is to loose to hold position any ideas ??? TIA !

Doubt you will be able to properly repair that throttle control. The mechanism is surely worn. Still available new from a number of sources.
