    I like to refurbish the wire clamps/clips when I do any wiring changes. I sandblast the rusty clips to clean up the rust and to remove the crumbling rubber insulation.     Those look like the old Gator mulching blades. I've used them before, they work great. They really chop up the clippings and turn dry leaves to dust.
