782 electric info needed

Just aquired this tractor that has some engine problems and need to ask some advise, i need to get a rebuild kit - how is the quality of items sold on fleabay? against oem? anyone on this site sell good quality parts at resonable cost? i have read about these engines having a balance problem...- pballard
