I got two new seals from Charlie for my narrow frame hydraulic unit. These are for the pump shaft. I'm not exactly sure if the grooved side of the seal goes toward the pump or faces out? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!!

Thanks David and Wayne for your feedback. I called Charlie and will most likely order two from him and hope for the best. Will let you know how things turn out after installation.

I do have a question for the group. How does the lift cylinder come apart on a narrow frame hydraulic lift? Is there a snap ring perhaps? I ordered a seal kit for it. Thanks!!

Hi all. I was wondering if anyone has ever installed bushings in the front axle on a cub 70/100? To help take up some of the play in the axle pin and wheel spindles. Thanks! -Brad

I saw Tim's 1963 Cub Cadet Original with M&W 9 speed transmission that sold. What is that? I know having the creeper gear makes the tractor a 6 speed forward. What is the 9 speed about? Thanks. Brad.
