CONGRATULATIONS 🎊. You are going to love it! On the sides of the gray curved piece below the fenders were two rounded rubber pieces. They are black and flat with a rounded edge. A lot of those are MIA. even on restorations.

Happy Thursday Everyone!!! I dropped off the blueprints yesterday and so far things look encouraging as to restoration and copying. It's been suggested that if anyone wants a copy to send them electronically. So once everything is done hopefully the prints will be able to be shared either...

Ohmigosh 😊.... THOSE are the very desirable ones!!! The first years had aluminum front hood pieces. Later went to plastic. Don't let those get away from you.

I used to think AMF also. When I moved to the Des Moines area and met former employees is when I was informed of the difference. Massey Ferguson had a huge area there where they would stage machines for routing or bring to repair damage done during shipping. A Massey Ferguson...

Dynamark made those and the lawn tractors in Des Moines, Iowa. I heard that some of the 14 and 16 hp models were built in Wisconsin. Dynamark put different a different hood and a cast iron grille then painted them either blue and cream or orange and cream. The body being the cream color...

A little update about the blueprints. A couple of best friends encouraged me to share the blueprints once they are restored. Share so that they are available without having to go online. I am blessed with someone helping me with this process of scanning and restoring. I am excited that...

When John Deere decided to quit using the troublesome Z line hydro with the BDU15L they were upset that the line had been dubbed "The Cub Cadet Line? by the employees and management of Sunstrand. The name stuck for years and at the height of production the simple line was putting out 300 units...

Thank You 😊 After I get settled in at Dubuque. I will get the process started to preserve the blueprints. I am confident that Kraig and others will be willing to help figure out a way to make the prints fit into the Forum's site. And if time permits I want to take more detailed...

    Rare IH Collector's Auction

Hi Dennis. I thought the Wisconsin Historical Society is in Racine. If it's in Madison then hopefully I can present a copy of the blueprints that I have. If I would have known that sooner then Diana and I could have visited it when I stayed with her after knee surgery.

There are stamped dates of March 1963 and a couple others. So it's either a 1962 or 1963 year. Charlie said that another Sunstrand employee was able to keep the housing with the serial number and other parts not needed.

The faded picture of the 1450 was also a gift from the company. I appreciate everyone's thoughts about the blueprints. Maybe Kraig can post a couple pictures of the prototype Hydrostatic Original.

Howdy Everyone!!! Again it's been awhile since I've posted. Busy with so much other things. January 3, 2022 will be my official last day at Danfoss Power Solutions in Ames. I am "retiring " from there and moving to the Dubuque area. Last Friday a party was held for me. I was...

Things that Kill my Cub time.

Good morning, Greg. If I recall correctly Danfoss Power Solutions tried to retire the 15 and M25 Series in 2014 however there were a couple of customers that had strong enough orders to keep them going. QCC is a fantastic company. From what I've heard they will begin production in Chicago at...

Things that Kill my Cub time.

HI, Dave. That's a sweet looking car!!! I'm looking at moving to the Dubuque area early next year. It will put me just across the river from Diana. Not quite ready to leave Iowa for Wisconsin quite yet. It's hard to get any PTO due to labor shortage. So it's still mandatory overtime.

Things that Kill my Cub time.

Good evening, All. I said that when allowed that I would announce what I think is some good news. A company called QUALITY CONTROJ CORPORATION LLC of Chicago, Illinois has purchased the entire 15 Series and M25 Series from Danfoss Power Solutions. They are a great company and...
