Kohler 7 hp 161 rebuild kit

I used Kohler Pistons several times. He usually has some OEM and aftermarket parts available, But on some of these engines not all options are available any longer. And as mentioned earlier unless you have it measured or measure it yourself you don't know what size piston/rings you need.

    Cub 100 Engine

Here are a couple picture of a restoration I did a couple of years ago. Your engine looks similar with the exception of the throttle to govern shaft control.

    Rear tires 23/10:50-12

I have used Miller for years and always get good quality. I am restoring an Allis Chalmers B12 at the moment ( I now not a cub) and I got the fronts V61 though Miller and then when I looked at the Ags I found the same exact ones on Amazon for less money with free shipping. Never happened before...

    Work begins on 104

I drilled and tapped a couple of holes in the pulley and used a regular wheel puller, not 3 jaw to get mine off along with heat and PB Blaster. You can see the two holes in the pulley in the picture. It worked well and had no affect in damaging the pulley.

    No spark 1450 w/ K321 engine

You have the points gapped correctly? Remove the points wire from the coil and use a meter, one lead on ground and the other the points wire and turn over by had and make sure you see it go from a short ( 0 ohms) to open ( infinity or OL depending on meter). That does not check for the correct...

I would probably pull the head and turn it over by hand to make sure everything is behaving properly.

Hopefully like the others have suggested, the arm is just loose on the shaft. If you not you can check this without dissembling the engine. Take off the linkage and the nut and see if the shaft pulls out. Even if it does not there is still a small chance that it is broken, but maybe not as clean...

I am assuming when you said it stopped working that you mean the engine would not increase RPM with load. Here is what happened to my original when the RPM would run away.

    steering box adjustment?

On my original I was able to run the follower over a belt sander to get a good shape back, allowing me to get it adjusted.

    Model 100 fuel line

I did the same thing Kashaver recommended when I restored my original.
