    Dropped the driveshaft finally!

    Finally got around to dropping the driveshaft in the 124 (shifting became a two-handed game of strength) Face of the throwout bearing is gone I bought a tool from Matt to take this thing apart but cant figure it out for the life of me... How do the plates look, where to go from here?

    Cub Cadet 2146 Battery Issue

    I guess this is where we talk about new models I have a 2146 ride on whose battery just wont stay charged. It starts just fine with a new battery but eventually dies while running (has gas) When the battery is checked, it's dead... Would this be a sign of the stator (ME-191-1456-04)...

    Stupid bees!

    So I live on a 15 acre horse farm and out of all that acreage I've got wood bees burrowing in my pavilion, I've got wasps setting up shop under the mounting ramp (helps the special needs kids get on the horses easier) and I've got yellow jackets in some of my shutters... It's like every year...

    Thanks all for the comments... I got a new screen and gasket for the fuel bowl... Carb rebuild kit + the motor side gasket and a new front belt... Parts are coming Wednesday... I figure I spend the week getting the cub cleaned up a bit and then get the parts off and go for it this weekend...

    Just scored two H10C's at my local Ace Hardware... The guy had to dig in the back for them as "they dont sell"... Now I just need to figure out why the rod for the points is not moving and how to get the sediment bowl filter out without breaking it =)

    Hello all, my first post here. I had a IHCC 124 passed down to me that used to run rather well. Now it struggles to start, when it does only runs for a few minutes, then starts to give out and backfires as it stops. I pressure tested it and on a brand new battery it's all it can do to...
