IHCC 82 series 3 Point CAT 0 Hitch and Rear Power Take-off

This is is off my 982 (SN under 719999) that has been in family since purchased new in 1982. PTO has never driven any equipment. The CAT 0 has only had a rake and home made in-ground wire dog fence installer. This is almost as good as NOS. Does not include wiring or switch. Tractor never...

I started this project in Nov. 2015, but really did not get going until Nov 2016. This was taken back in April just before the spring trials. Worked very well, but the bucket back rotation is limited. It does not hold a good scoop a just above ground level, need to fix that. I need to...

Doug, Those should last a long time on a 36" thrower, years, decades ? I have a Haban 48" and a lot of concrete drive way, around 1000' x 48". If you catch my drift. I wear through 3/16" x 3/4" flat stock every two years. I have a QA-36A that currently gets used in a pinch, but was the...

The pin does pass through the oil reservoir. There is a tube welded in the upright for the pin to pass trough. The same goes for the bottom of the upright to sub-frame interface. I had to weld a reservoir the was not a simple box. Did I mention the reservoir was a PITA. Jim

The seat view of the loader, left side where the hydraulic controls will be. Good view of the quick attach (stopped using Q_A_) in my post for obvious search reasons. I have more work to do this winter, but will try to post more pics as I go along. The resize of pics has been a hitch...

This is the quick attach I made for the interface between the uprights and sub frame. The upper pin and lower upright connection design were taken from several existing designs, JD, Kabota, etc. This is the view of the front showing the left front upright and sub frame. The large hex plug...

Thought I would try the windows office resize. I grabbed a picture taken in Charleston SC of a anti aircraft tank like my Dad commanded in Korea. I loved hearing about the life in the Army and stories he told. Did not like the story about the dog he was taking care of and was eaten by one the...

David, 16ga wire should safely carry about 5-7A @ 12v depending on the number of strands and how well the connections are done. Generally the more stands the better for low voltage (12v). Fine strand wire tends to make more surface area contact at the connections. Vehicle wire is a decent...

Matt, I have recently been looking into "over hung load" on pumps and such. Working on a loader project I've been thinking about pump bushing life with belt drive (OHL) vs direct off the back of the hydro. I know the hydraulic pressure helps to keep the side load off the shaft bushings. I...

Quinn, Watch this video, follow his instructions, take notes and let us know. This may seem obvious but, you can do this on the tractor by taking off the belt & wires. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bxTsANakLf8 Jim

Quinn, Welcome to the IHCC forum. I will start with asking do you have a good source of 12v supply, good battery or starting/charger? The clicking is the solenoid making it's contacts to supply the starter/generator with current. It require a decent supply of current to turn over the...
