    After grinding up leaves for 2 hours, I found the two bolts snapped that hold the Bracket to the Engine boss. what could have happened there? I used original bolts with lock washers I thought. I know I will need to easy out both of them. if they are grade 8 its going to suck. KAYAKER2

    Starter generator belt wants to ride upside down

    I replaced the belt with a Cub cadet part and it keeps flipping over. I don't think it is too loose or tight. I am going to check pulley alignment this afternoon.

    PO ran this Kohler K-161 out of oil. When I ran mine out of oil in 1969 it just locked up. Opened it up today to inspect and found the cam was hit bad.
