    torque wrench recommendations

    I can't answer the question where to get a wrench calibrated. Where I used to work had an instrument shop. They checked all three (3) of my HF wrenches and they were in spec. That was several years ago. Are they still in calibration? Good question.

    I own and use Harbor Freight click type torque wrenches (1/4, 3/8, and 1/2). They are reasonably priced (can find them on sale) and are accurate. I would buy new since one doesn't know how the previous owner took care of the wrench. As mentioned, always return the setting to zero when done...

    FedEx is currently on my list. Package sent from WA on Monday February 13th. Arrived in PA on Thursday. Bounced around PA until today. Scheduled to be delivered today, hopefully. And they were not closed yesterday Monday 20th like the USPS.

    Stick a long wooden dowel rod in the spark hole. See if it moves up and down. Or shine a flashlight in the hole and watch for movement.

    IMO, starting fluid is only good for cleaning parts. Gasoline engines typically do not need it.

    I did away with my HF chargers a long time ago. I currently use Schumacher brand and happy with them.
