Rear disc brake pads for 108

Hi guys, I'm trying to find pads for the 108. I have the backing plates, and just need the pads, but ccspecialties is out of them. Has anyone had success finding something at an auto parts store that would work? Thanks.

Unfortunately, this part broke upon removal. Anyone know what it’s called?

The 108. Carb rebuild kit is on the way. Fuel was leaking from the butterfly valve.

She needs a carburetor rebuild in a bad way. After that, hopefully we’re good.

    Sleeve hitch vs 3-point

    I have a 108 and a 1250. I believe both are wide frames.

    Blade install question

Okay, good to hear. It attaches to my 1250 easily (fully assembled), but it's becoming a bear to attach to the 108.

    Blade install question

Hi guys, I looked through the install manuals on this forum and still can’t find a way to detach my blade subframe from the mainframe for easier attaching. It looks like the attaching rod is welded to the subframe. Do I just pry the subframe from the mainframe?

    Sleeve hitch vs 3-point

Hi all, I'd like to get a hitch, but am confused by what all I need. I'd just like to use a moldboard plow and box scraper. Can I get by with just the 3-point? Also, is there a list on which attachments are used on each hitch type? Thanks.

One weird thing I noticed is that when I drove it, it lurched forward and reverse very abruptly. Is that how the gear drives are, or should I adjust the clutch?

Here’s another video of the 108. I think you saw my 1250 which is parked in front of the 108. And, it drives! Forward and reverse! I wish I could save ‘em all!

She runs! It was the points. Also, I had to run a new wire to the points to get spark there. Thanks do very much all!

The points are opening and closing, but I don't see a spark even after filing them. Have 11.5 volts to solenoid and the coil.
