    Scouts Honor, Farm Strong

In late 1978, my 1976 scout rusted through the lower rear quarter panels. That was my sixth and last Scout, well maybe.

    Sold Tractor for sale

1650 Quiet line, with blade, dual hydraulics, Serial #2050670U626095. Tires are fair, no mule drive or mower deck. Motor runs strong. I replaced motor mounts and cooling fan. The seal needs replaced to stop leakage. I can send pics to anyone seriously interested. I want $600.00 and my cell...

The next project, early National reel mower

Looks great to me. More fun to play with without the reels.

Things that Kill my Cub time.

I guess the only story I have to tell is that we've ridden California to Nova scotia, and many trips in between without any mishaps. Count ourselves lucky. With my wife's body failures, our touring days are over. At seventy five years old, we're content to take day trips now. We're happy to look...

Greetings all from thr new guy and his son!

Welcome William. I see on your picture what looks to be a Ural motorcycle. I own an old BMW airhead. These machines and some old tractors can keep a retired man busy.

My Cub, can anyone help me with what model this is?

Thank you gentlemen, hidden in plain sight like they say. Happy new year to you all.

My Cub, can anyone help me with what model this is?

I read Mike Frade's piece about Cub Cadet FAQ and was amazed at all the information that was there. I went through our forums afterward and tried to find this for future reference next summer. I couldn't find it. Could someone tell me where I can find it? Thank you.

    Hello

I cringe every time I go to our fall fest and see the guys cutting up slabs from our sawmill on the tractor mounted saw blade.

    Hello

Loved that rotary log splitter. Looks like a man eater to me.

    Hello

Yeah, this thing is the Shopsmith of the gardening world. One motor, and many attachments. It still runs great.

    WW2 side car cub

I can picture an aging man with very long arms running through the neighborhood pulling wheelies for the local kids. Looks like fun.

    Hello

Thank you Todd. I got a little education out of this reply.

    Hello

No, I won't be mounting the blade. When operating this thing with the brush hog or the blade, it tosses me around like a rag doll. And, I ain't little. I have a Honda snow blower that does a great job, and it throws the snow far enough away to make room for the next snowfall.

    Heap of the week

Could this be a prototype swamp buggy model?
  19. K

    Hello

That's an early seventies Gravely two wheel tractor with the trailer on the back. It has a front rotary mower and a snowblade stashed in the barn. The color blends in well. Didn't think anyone would notice.
