    Narrow frame question

Do all narrow frame tractors use the same frame? Is a 125 frame the same as a 72 frame?

    Snow thrower

Armed with more questions. So a buddy of mine has a snow thrower and mule drive from a 1440 for cheap. Will those items fit a 149? The snow thrower looks new and the price can't be beat.

Narrow frame grill housing on a wide frame

Will the grill housing from a narrow frame fit a wide frame? I don't want to cut this off and move it if I don't have to

Am I as smart as I think??

So the latest thing to move in is this fine looking home made hydraulic lift. So now comes the questions. Will a narrow grill housing fit a wide frame? I am pretty sure that my 129 will be a dedicated earth mover. I think I have enough goodies laying around to pull this off. Also because of my...

    Returned!!

The folks at Voss Brothers (Our local John Deere dealer) have a color blind and very rude driver who after being 3 hours late to pick up a different tractor decided that my Yellow and White International 149 looked just like our 2018 Green John Deere. If you ever need anything from them ask for...

Two more goodies from the road trip

Another big weekend trip. Went and traded my way into a turn key 149 in the Lake Cumberland area in KY. Well, before we left for KY an ad on FB changed from $ 35.00 to Free. Then all kinds of great things started to happen. The gentleman on FB was willing to hold it for me so we packed a took off...

    LT1045 puzzle

This fancy high powered hunk is actually the first thing I owned that said cub cadet on it. Notice lower case cub cadet. This thing is so cheap and junkie it's an insult to Cub Cadets. Anyhow I inherited this or it was abandoned and I foolishly brought it home. Everything I find claims it should...

    Double checking my double checks

Wanted to double check on the fitment of these subframes and blades. The Yeller one is a narrow frame drilled for a hydraulic angle blade, correct? The white one is a wide frame drilled for a hydraulic angle blade? The last one is a wide frame that is not drilled?

A handful of copper and disappointment.......

The Little Woman and I spent most of the day (night) supporting the financial security of PB Blaster. More pieces of Master hit the floor. Took a picture of the coil wire. How's that for showing it's age! Once we fished out the wiring harness out of the engine compartment,we found this handful...

    The saga continues....

Master might have a future after all. Took a bunch of pictures as it came apart. WOW!! Real IH bolts!! So far only two bolts have broken. One on the hood and one of the heat shield bolts on the engine😑. Must have belonged to a GM guy at one point, had a 10 mm nut and bolt on one of the battery...

    How? WHY??

It certainly seems that every hydro tractor is missing the release lever. Why? WTF? Sorry lost my cool there. So since all three ( and the fourth one, is missing the lever also!! It's coming home soon ) are missing does this mean that somewhere on planet earth there is a 100x200 x 8 foot deep...

    Number three trailer

#3 trailer pretty nice shape. I would like to get $850,000 for it :roflol: But I know that it will sell for less. Not really sure of it's value. Trade for something else for a Cub Cadet. I have a 149 if that helps with the trade. Pictures show a wrinkle on the front at the top.

    Another day in the Jeep.....

Once again trying to recover from a thirty hour day. Worth it. Acquired the little woman her tractor a 149 with a tiller. Ideas on 129 hydro performance

I'm back! Loaded with questions. Searching for a little more out of a 129. Not wanting to go to the tractor pulls. Plowing tilling etc. Workhorse improvements. I read on a website about changing some springs on/at some valves. Pretty incomplete info. Nothing about the springs, other than need to...
