    Steering fix.

    Since I'm nut n bolting my 782 for spring I've discovered this. The frame crossmember that holds the steering box flexes. This adds to slop in the steering. Any fixes?

    782 rear axle swap

    Since I've already replaced the aluminium CCC rear with the earlier IH rear now I'd like to transplant the late axle shafts into the early rear. I know I have to use the carrier from the aluminium rear end. Are there any other issues or things to change while I'm there?

    Noisy starter

    I have a CCC 782 with a Magnum 18 repower. Starter started skipping chattering, grinding and struggling to turn engine over. Replaced starter with new one rebuilt by a reputable starter shop with extensive Cub Cadet experience. Worked for a short while now the problems back. What did I miss?
