Parts Wanted Looking for Hydrostatic suction tube assembly - IH-394827-R21

My ported pump came with a short one-piece suction tube with the coarser threaded fitting. My pump is the finer thread. I found a multi-piece suction tube with the correct fine threads on both sides for $20 on eBay. Fits great, will find out if it works in a day or two here when I get some...

Parts Wanted Looking for Hydrostatic suction tube assembly - IH-394827-R21

I stopped by a local hydraulics shop (Pirtek), they said they don't work with rigid tubing and the threads had them stumped. I did find a used one on eBay for $20, which I figured was worth a try. If it doesn't work out, I'll track down a different hydraulic shop, or try to make something up myself.

Parts Wanted Looking for Hydrostatic suction tube assembly - IH-394827-R21

Part number IH-394827-R21 I need to replace my original long looped suction tube with the later style right angle tube so that I can use the ports on the ported pump that I swapped in. There are a couple of places online that list the part but I have not found it in stock anywhere yet, and...

New tires for 4x4, 1500 truck

Another vote for Duratracs, I run them on my Wrangler year round in MN. I love ‘em.

I've seen them where you run the tractor in reverse, just never where you drive forward.

Nice! I like the rear tires on the cub, gives it a nice stance. Looks like the snowblower on the back of the red tractor is facing forward? I’ve never seen one like that.

    winter projects to stay busy

I saw the little Toro Zamboni in action yesterday, it works great. The guy who put it together has some ideas for the next season's improvements already; it's pretty impressive as it is though. I believe he said they put between $200-$300 into it.

    winter projects to stay busy

Due to the snow on the rinks (and still falling), a demo of the machine didn't work out Friday, but I did get a tour of the machine at the public works shop. The guy who did most of the work on it and operates it is going to text me next time they are out working the rinks so I can see it in...

    winter projects to stay busy

Will do! I only got a quick look when it drove by, but I suspect that it’s based on a Toro Workman with a cab.

    winter projects to stay busy

My city's public works department did something similar! I saw it being hauled by by house on a trailer and was curious, so I sent an email off the the public works director asking about it. I am meeting up with one of the employees tomorrow morning to take some pictures of it and get a "demo".

    Started the 147 restoration

I've got a steering wheel on my 107 that I've been working at for about 2 years! I've let it soak in kroil, pb blaster, etc. Pushed with my knees, made a hardwood puller bracket, etc. I'm pretty sure it's got loctite or JB weld holding it on. Fortunately the steering wheel on my 147 came off...

    Mini International Tractor spotted

I saw this beauty on Highway 169 near my house in Minnesota. It was really clean looking, I wish I would have been able to talk to the owner but traffic wasn't cooperating. It had a 4 digit model sticker on the front as well 20xx I think, I don't know my full-size Internationals so I can't...

Parts Wanted Kohler K-Series Flywheel Pulley w/Clutch Drive Plate

I was able to source a used one locally, looks to be in pretty good shape and even came with the key and the set screws! I should be able to get it put on this evening, hopefully even out for a test drive.

Parts Wanted Kohler K-Series Flywheel Pulley w/Clutch Drive Plate

Just checked out of curiosity, $178.22 for the part from cubcadet.com (Search Results for IH-385290-R1) I'll try to remember to check back in a little while when that parts list is updated/posted to see if it's changed and by how much.

Parts Wanted Kohler K-Series Flywheel Pulley w/Clutch Drive Plate

Uff da, I was looking at eBay and ihccw or whatever it is, that’s what popped up on google after I saw you didn’t have any 😆 If I didn’t care to use the PTO I would just look for a regular pulley of equivalent size…

Parts Wanted Kohler K-Series Flywheel Pulley w/Clutch Drive Plate

The whole assembly to the crankshaft, the key way on the crankshaft side is a little damaged as well but I think it’s OK, at least if I can make up for some of the slop in the fit to the crankshaft. I hadn’t thought about cutting another keyway but that’s a great idea, will keep that in mind.
