What these are made of?
Need to make some new bushings for the deck wheels on 54" fab decks.
I assume the bushings are of the same mat'l

OEM on the 54" fab deck is these plastic bushings
Both my decks have 'em.
The '11 2100GTX2154LE and the '14 GTX2154
Problem is, they don't service the bushings, gotta buy a whole new wheel.

They put the grease jerks on those wheel for a reason. Under normal use by the time the bushing are wore out so are the wheels wore down to flat wheels rather than rounded.

The part # for the bushing is 741-0487C. I don't know what type of plastic they are made from.

That's interesting, those look exactly like the wheels on the 48" and 54" decks on the cyclops and 2k/3k series, but just with plastic bushings. Personally I'd rather have oilite bushings than those plastic ones.

David has a well-documented relationship with his delivery drivers...

I would find a machine shop and see if they had a set of valve replacement guides of Hard bronze with graphite mixed into it and cut them to fit and then drill the inside proper sizing and install grease nipple drilled to center !!!
