Thanks Digger. Appreciate the help. I wonder if it’s a Google. Safari, Chrome thing. Something to try while awaiting Mark’s contact. Have a great weekend…….

    Leaking relief valve

attempting to reach out to Mark Cafone. The machtechdirect.com website appears to be corrupted. I’m unable to send email - site will not allow input to name field. Attempting to add rebuild service into cart - not allowing this step. No phone or email contact info. Looking to use your service...

    Seat Suspension

Thanks. Looking for a more permanent solution. As the fence line rolls with the terrain, I think I would be readjusting a donut continuously. Looking at Seat Trek suspension. Add in between seat and base plate. The Zero turn seem to like these. Hoping one of you crafty modifiers out there...

    Seat Suspension

Hi all. Proud owner of 1450 w/44” deck for past 28 yrs. Love the capabilities of this beast. My main use is fence line grass management & small pasture mowing (About 2hrs) it’s a workhorse and used as such. Today’s opportunity - back problems are forcing me to modify the seat set up. I’ve tried...

    Por 15

Key to minimizing corrosion in the fuel tank, do not store or allow to sit between uses, without a full tank of fuel (gas or diesel). Winter storage, use a fuel shut off valve to protect lines and carb. Add fuel conditioner (I like the blue marine stuff), fill tank. When ready to use again...

    Texas State totally shut down

I normally don't jump in on political chat but just want to set the record straight on the McDonald's case. And yes, the lawyers got most of it................ The judge reduced punitive damages to $480,000, three times the compensatory amount, for a total of $640,000. The decision was appealed...

Keeping Choke and Throttle Cables lubed up and free

I find that its the application method as much as the chemical used. I use a syringe (without the needle) to inject oil/WD40/PB Blaster etc into the cable casing. The syringe helps to control and pinpoint the the flow. This method has worked for me on all my farm/lawn equipment including my...

    Original Porous air filter cup

Would suggest Fuel Tank Sealant. POR-15 makes one. And you can buy as Spray Paint. You've already done the hard part (bead Blast). Spraying the coating is easy.

    1450 Engine Mounts

Every site I looked out stated out of stock or NLA. Still prefer a less expensive alternative. At $100 for a full set just seems expensive to me, especially when you consider what automotive mounts go for and there’s more to them. And it tells me that this what I’m looking for. $30 is much more...

    1450 Engine Mounts

I’ve been reviewing many threads regarding 1450 engine mounts. Most are at least 3+ years old. Solid mounts won’t work for me. It appears the current OEmounts are unavailable/out of stock and rather expensive. So my question is other then OE and Solid, has anyone found mounts that work, last and...

1250 Stalls when hot. Cools down and then starts like a champ

2nd the coil. Your description is exactly how a bad cool acts - windings heat up and open electrically. That’s been my experience.
