    What we do where I work is spray paint a tool orange then it does not walk away so easy. That is usualy why you can't find a tool they seem to be able to walk away and hide.

    Next step is to get the dash board off so I can replace or repair the throttle and choke cables. then I can think about putting a better in it and try to start it.

    SUCCESS Sorry I did not wan"t try poundin the spindle with a air hammer or sledge. As Frank said " I did it my way" The best tip I got was from Someone to use Kroil then heat the shart with a heat gun. I did that but used mt new wheel puller my friend made for me works great no damage to wheel...

    Investigating the operation and needs of these regulators with my PHD electrical design engineer to see if a better one exists, If not maybe design one. I do see ones for Club cart golf carts any one seen those ?

    Soaking it down with Kroil, and having my machinist friend make me a wheel puller. Hope to spend Zero dollars. Maybe I will make a nice drawing and post pictures when done so others can build one.
