Nate, I do have that setup on my 982. The seal is some kind of pressed in unit and not accessible to my knowledge. I tried to take mine apart long ago as it seeps a bit of fluid on the floor. It's a real oddball cylinder for sure. No one could find parts or that seal inside the cylinder. Sorry...

The original just has a small copper line. Probably run to a hardware store and get a couple fittings and piece of line. Or different fittings for a rubber line to slide onto at the fuel tank and carburetor

And I let him know that while a hydro had a set-up for hydro lift the gear drives accomplish lifting with an optional electric lift. I've never seen a wide frame gear drive with a NF pump but guess anything can be made to work. I also believe the wide frame electric lift was a different unit...

John, Short answer is no. Wide frames have a ported hydrostat pump that you run lines from to achieve hydro lift. These parts can be found a lot cheaper than NF pumps anyway. I believe gear drives had an electric lift option but I never saw many

Dan, Does the 782 have an adjustable carburetor? If it's bad enough to burn your eyes might be running rich. I use 3 x82 series tractors and none cause such issues for me. That or even an exhaust leak?

Giving this a fair shot before parting out. I want the hydraulics but won't part a good tractor if someone wants to save it. 2072 with front hydraulic, power steering, and dual brakes. Newer 18hp magnum that fires right up and zero noise. I have adjustable carburetor on it. Drives and all...

I've asked maple hunter to custom make decals for me several times and they've never done it for me. I ended up going to a local sign place and got some made cheaply. Just had to have a picture and dimensions for them.
