    color of primer

Back in the day they used metal etching solution for a base.. It is an acidic solution that allows the paint to grip to the surface... I used to use it years ago painting equipment at a place I worked... It worked pretty well... Me I would not use rustoleum under an oil base paint as rustoleum...

Considering an electric XT1 LT42E........whataya know about them...?

Would I buy a new E-Cub?.. No way!.. I guess the point I am trying to get across is that this is the direction not just us but much of the industrialized world is going.... Do I like it?.. Not really but the world does not revolve around me.. I turn 65 this year so it does not effect me.. I will...

Before 1930 most farmers in cold weather states put the car in the barn, drained the water out and used the horse...So...

Considering an electric XT1 LT42E........whataya know about them...?

Justin. Here near where I live they are in the process of building a huge battery factory in Lordstown, Ohio.. Batteries are the future whether we like it or not and the battery factories are bringing living wages to our country instead of building elsewhere.. And really E drive is not new...

    2185 fuse issues

Shine all your electrical connections under the hood and also the ground connections.. Could be there is something creating a higher current draw and blowing the fuse..

    2185 fuse issues

Check the easy stuff first.. Loose connections, bad grounds, cracked wiring etc... As old as these machines are sometimes it is just something simple like that... I would do that before I start throwing parts at it...

Welcome William!... If you want it to continue to serve for many years to come, make shure you own a good grease gun.. As my wise daddy used to say, Grease is cheaper than parts!.. And parts for these old girls may not be available forever..
