    1811 refurbish

wrapped it up! I got lucky and was able to back the broken off bolts with a hammer and center punch. Evidently they weren't bottomed out in the head. It isn't a 20 hp but that was the tin the guy had.

    1811 refurbish

I have one. The bolts are broken off in the head. I will drill and use ez-out. I hope it works...

    1811 refurbish

I was looking for a tractor for my son that would be compatible with the implements I have for my 782. Found this 1811 that ran decent and brought it home. Previous owner had some real sketchy repairs. Not a single cotter pin or hairpin clip on the mower deck and mule drive. All bailing wire...

    782 fuel pump

Family obligations kept me from attending this year. Is this an annual event? Good luck with the show maybe I can participate next year.

    Cadet 85

Maple Hunter and others sell decals. The rust stains likely won’t come out - most likely in the bottom of the “bathtub” and the gel coat of the fiberglass body is gone. You can prime and prep and repaint as I have done many times. Fiberglass preps a little differently than steel. Mat is better...

    Cadet 85

The manual is correct but sometimes easier said than done. I have found that removing the steering wheel is usually the hardest thing. Similar to regular cub cadet tractors. Search the forum for advice. Time and good penetrant like pb blaster is your friend. You have to remove the tower bolts...

    782 fuel pump

It’s at Gentry correct? Where specifically is the location? Any registration or just show up? I only have Saturday available. April 20 correct?

mowing season starting in the Ozarks. Changeover from the blade to the mower deck. Wish I had enough room for a tractor for each implement!

    75 refurbish

I pulled this 75 out of the shed that I bought in Illinois with a couple 60s a few years ago. It hasn't run in years but has compression and was stored inside. It seems to be in good shape. I am going to try to get it running strong and give it to my son to use on his new home he purchased. I...

    95 electric RER

A little cut and buff, newer non original cub cadet seat tweaked and installed and decals installed. This project is put to bed. Cold and worse weather coming this weekend in the Ozarks. I am anxious to try out the performance of this 50 year old electric cadet rear engine rider in the spring.

    95 electric RER

This is the first time this 95 Electric has run under its own power in at least 30 but probably closer to 40 years. I have some fiddling to do and a little wet sanding and buffing the paint. I have a set of decals from Scott Urschel then it should be done. Quite a journey if you look back on the...

finally got back to the 95 electric project. Finished the bodywork on the fiberglass bathtub and shot the IH iron guard white. I should be able to start assembly soon!

    Cadet 85 Special

The model and serial numbers will get your year identified. Post them and or search for the charts that others have posted over the years. Here is a picture of what the bagger looks like as well as my restored model 60 and in progress model 95 electric which should be done this winter.
