Tractor For Sale 1966 Cub 102 for sale

1966 CC 102 10hp for sale. Tractor starts, runs, and drives. The front right tire loses air after a couple weeks, shifter cross pin needs to be fixed but will go into all gears. The deck has a few small rust holes but is solid and cuts great. I have a temporary wire running from the points...

    CC 1250 Engine Overhaul

It's tough to have your project tractor also be your worker to cut 2 acres and tow trailers at the same time. I can't have this cub down too long but also don't want to risk the engine turning into a bomb at an inconvienient time.

    CC 1250 Engine Overhaul

I str I stripped this thing to the frame right after I got it. I rebuilt the hydro, put new flex joints and bolts on the driveshaft , tightened every bolt and connection that I could find that needed it. The only thing I didn't touch was the engine because it started up and ran, so good...

    CC 1250 Engine Overhaul

The sheet metal covers around the muffler are definitly loose also. Some of the bolt holes in the aluminum shroud broke out so I put some self tappers around the rim that's still solid

    CC 1250 Engine Overhaul

I have run it with all covers and the hood off it's definitly rod chatter. Sorry if it doesn't come thru on the video but in person it sounds like the engine is about to grenade itself. At idle the engine purrs but under any load it sounds like marbles in the oil pan

    CC 1250 Engine Overhaul

My cub is dying a slow death now. It's a Kohler K301 and it has rod knock so loud I hear it over the deck running now. Can anyone reccommend a quality rebuild kit that's not super expensive? This thing still runs and mows good, and tows around a 16 foot boat but it will need a rebuild soon...

    Cub 1250 keyswitch fried

I got an IH replacement from Messick farm supply. It was $36 something. I looked over the harness and charging system and can't find any issues. Hopefully just the new keyswitch will be the fix

    Cub 1250 keyswitch fried

I have a 1975 CC 1250, 12hp Kohler. Went to move it yesterday and it sputtered and died after moving 30 feet. Went to restart it and as soon as I hit the key it smoked the keyswitch. One of the terminals liquified and fell off the switch. It's the big green wire that goes to the ammeter in...
