How do you move engine forward on 782 to replace prop on drive shaft?

Wheel will not come off axle.

Bought a running 782 several weeks ago. Needs some work, but overall a working tractor. However ran into a problem with replacing the front tires. The wheels would not come off the axle. After the usual big hammer episode decided I needed to use a puller. Well all sorts of puller ideas came...

I want to make sure my spring assist implement lift for my 582 is properly adjusted. Looked in manual, options, FAQ, found only for a O.

Joe, I would first check to make sure the switch is able to find ground. Either a wire going to ground or the switch itself.

The Fire extinguisher is always a must. Never know what might happen when you far from home. I guess it is the ex Navy side. The B&S was installed by the previous owner. However had to work out some clutch issues. I just till in 1st low even 2nd at times. I just put it as deep as it will...

Harry, Spring assist and then it is still a strong arm that is needed to get that tiller up. This tractor was repowered with a sweet running B&S 18 HP. I sometimes marvel at all of the timing and electrical issues that seem to surround some of the other tractors. I basically change oil...
