Is the "k" down at the bottom of the pic indicate this as a k- series?

I looked at a Bad Boyz mower when I first decided to get a zero turn, Mallory Clark's commercials of "Mow with an Attitude" got me inside the local dealer's door where the part dept.s help Bad attitude turned me away. I only go in there to buy a Kawasaki engine oil filter maybe every 2 years.
I haven't regretted my decision to get a Cub Cadet for a second. But if I had to do it again, I'd have to get a SKAG. SON is QA Manager at The Only Skag plant. They build a good machine!
My only gripe about the Cub Cadet is the ignition key is on the left side control panel with the blade clutch on/off switch, tach, hour meter that the tach stopped working before I was done mowing my yard the first time, hour meter still works fine, but I trim on the left side, lots of evergreen bushes and the branches hit the ignition key and shut the engine off. I can only think of about a Hundred other better locations for the switch!
