As I mentioned in the thread, since I've lost employment I'm going to offer the 169 for sale here first. The bad = is the motor tossed a rod and lunched the bearing onto the journal.. The good = the block is intact! The crank has one of Kirks rebalance weights installed. And I have a good seatpan to include. I'll leave the wheel weights on and the tire chains too. Any questions ? Just ask.

$600.00

OK, Mike, I'm going to play BUMP with this one. Can you show us pics of one of the 4005 that still exist? :)

Thanks Frank. I don't have any current pics right now but I'll try and get some soon. But there is "my thread" Mike's own refurbish that has pics in it..

Not even a nibble.. hmm.. parts and scrap now.
Kind of too bad to go there, Mike. Are you familiar with the Zagray Farm Spring Show and Swap Meet in Colchester, Connecticut come May 7 & 8? :)

Hey, Mike: How's the muffler on that K341? :)

Mike,
Have you tried listing it on facebook marketplace?

Last week I typed up an ad and just didn't feel comfortable with them. There have been a few sales where there has been bickering after the sale and that has made me hesitate. I'd like to see it go to someone here to be honest. And Ron A. just posted so we'll see how much sweetener I'll need to add to close a deal! LOL. Secretly I have actually planned on cutting it into scrap! I don't even want to part it out!

And it looks like Ron Armbruster has himself a 169! He won't be able to come get it until July so I'll keep it warm and comfortable
for him 'til them. Thanks Ron!
