I know you can run a 54" GT deck on a 782 with the Super steer upgrade. But do you have enough room to swing a 60" Hablan?

Definitely not. They barely fit under a super garden tractor, which is about 4.5" longer.

2x what Matt said....no way....

Next Super Steer complication. How do I hang my 50c deck? Fabricate longer hangers to drop the back down? Or is there a factory solution?

Should be fine with std hangers

GT deck/SS hangers are longer, might give you the drop you need

There was a shorter front spindle on them (same ride height as the IH)

I'd look up the hangars for an 1863 w/ a 48 or 54GT, they'd be the taller hangers I'm referring to.
