A sleeve hitch is quite different from any category 0, I, II or III 3-point hitches. It looks like this:

The "sleeve" is the tube that's welded vertically at the back of the U-shaped piece. The hitch pin drops into this sleeve, holding the implement.

As a side note, the yellow U-shaped piece (between the drawbar and trans cover) and the yellow cast piece at the top make up the IH Cub Cadet 3-point.
